About Our Hill Town
With three buildings on a private hill, we call this Our Hill Town. We chose this property because of our love for Italy and their hill towns. We have found a similar feel with an incredible view, right in the middle of the Texas Wine Country.
Sitting above 21 acres of undeveloped hill country, we have a 270 degree view of undulating hills and all the various trees and wildlife that Texas has to offer.

Sitting above 21 acres of undeveloped hill country, we have a 270 degree view of undulating hills and all the various trees and wildlife that Texas has to offer.
The Guest Barn sleeps 6, when rented in its entirety. There are two bedrooms, a sofa sleeper and two bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom locks off from the upstairs, so both units can be rented separately.
When rented separately, the upstairs has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and sofa sleeper. There are amazing views from every window of the upstairs unit.
The Barn Studio is downstairs with a private entrance. It consists of a queen bed, small refrigerator, microwave and table.
The Guest Barn sleeps 6, when rented in its entirety. There are two bedrooms, a sofa sleeper and two bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom locks off from the upstairs, so both units can be rented separately.
When rented separately, the upstairs has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and sofa sleeper. There are amazing views from every window of the upstairs unit.

The Sunrise Villas sit between the main house and the Guest barn. Named for their direction to the sunrise. You can watch the sunrise from every room. Enjoy your own private balcony while you take in the undulating hills of Texas Hill Country. The awe-inspiring views are unmatched.

Bella Vista is our upstairs unit. It has a kitchen, living room with a sofa sleeper, bedroom, and bathroom.
Terra Vista is the downstairs unit. It has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Although it is the downstairs unit, you are high above the Hill Country with the same awe-inspiring views.
The Sunrise Villas sit between the main house and the Guest barn. Named for their direction to the sunrise. You can watch the sunrise from every room. Enjoy your own private balcony while you take in the undulating hills of Texas Hill Country. The awe-inspiring views are unmatched.

Wineries abound. The Texas Hill Country is a huge contender in the Wine Country arena. We are only minutes away from Bell Springs Winery, Hawks Shadow Winery, Firefly Farm, Texas Hill Country Olive Company, Driftwood Winery, Fall Creek, Solero and many more.

Although you may feel like you are deep in the hills, Our Hill Town is only a 12 minute drive from the local grocery store (HEB), several restaurants, wineries, and wedding venues.
While staying at Our Hill Town, you will have complete privacy, but we are here on the property if you need us.
